Conscious Connected Healing

On my soul path I have come across all different types of energy healing modalities, from Reiki Healing to Shamanic Healing. What I have found is that in a lot of the energy healing modalities I have encountered the practitioner works from the outside or “in your energy field” and explores through your layers of your energetic anatomy creating shifts and changes in your field during the session. The client relaxes and takes in all of the session in a bliss state. Which is wonderful isn’t it?!

Once you leave the session, you feel fantastic, right!

The feeling of euphoria and contentment after a healing session is indeed remarkable. It’s like a surge of positive energy flowing through your entire being, revitalizing and uplifting your spirits. However, the longevity of this blissful state often depends on various factors, including the nature of the healing modality, the depth of the emotional or physical healing, and most essentially, an individual’s openness and readiness to absorb the healing energy and I’m going to Including three very important aspects that are often forgotten in why our healing sessions don’t last

Certain healing sessions create profound impacts that are enduring, leading to a transformative shift in one’s state of being. These impactful sessions often have the ability to address deep-seated issues, facilitate emotional release, and bring about a heightened sense of self-awareness. In contrast, some sessions may offer temporary relief, requiring regular follow-ups or continued inner work to maintain the newfound sense of well-being.

What causes these to be so significantly different sometimes be found in three important components that I will share.

The first component is the consciousness our practitioner carries into the sessions. If the practitioner is holding energetic space but unable to keep his/her/their consciousness in the client’s energy/body/mind, the exchange of energy is not going to be as strong or as directed into the client’s overall physical form. It’s essential for the practitioner to not only create an energetically conducive space but also to be fully present and aligned with the client’s energy and needs to maximize the impact of the session.

The second component is where the client’s consciousness is directed in the session. I feel that if the client isn’t holding their awareness in the container of healing, in their body/mind, the power or energy of the session is going to also be diffuse and not stick in the physical body as well. Clients need to participate actively in their healing process by maintaining their focus and intention within the healing space. This enhances the effectiveness of the session and allows for the energy to be more concentrated and impactful within their physical being.

The third component, the importance of creating a sacred space and establishing a supportive set and setting cannot be overstated in the context of healing sessions. Allowing the energy to be cultivated and released in a manner that provides a profound sense of safety and security for both the client and practitioner is pivotal. This process enables both parties to ground themselves effectively, fostering an environment where healing can truly take place. It is remarkable how often the significance of the container in these sessions is overlooked. In fact, the container is such a critical element that I am dedicating an entire future blog post specifically to this topic. Stay tuned for more insights and practical guidance on creating and maintaining a supportive container for healing sessions!

In the process of creating a sacred container for the client’s unconscious aspects, the practitioner is essentially establishing a safe and nurturing space for the client to delve into their inner world. This intentional act not only fosters a sense of trust and security but also encourages the client to engage with their deepest emotions and experiences, ultimately contributing to their healing journey. Furthermore, by delving into the conscious narrative alongside the client, the practitioner partakes in a collaborative exploration that allows for a more comprehensive understanding of the client’s experiences and aids in uncovering underlying sources of distress.

As the practitioner and the client merge into this container of profound healing, a transformative connection is cultivated, transcending the traditional client-practitioner dynamic and fostering a sense of unity and shared experience. This shared journey into the multidimensional aspects of healing enables the client to explore their inner landscape with a sense of connectedness and reassurance, potentially leading to breakthroughs and insights that have a profound impact on their overall well-being.

The multidimensional nature of this healing process suggests that its effects are far-reaching, extending beyond the immediate experience to influence various aspects of the client’s existence. It acknowledges the complexity and interconnectedness of the human experience, offering the potential for healing to resonate across different dimensions of the individual’s being, thereby promoting a more holistic and enduring transformation.
