I consciously started my own healing journey when i attended massage therapy school in 1995. Stepping into a profession that not only helped me begin to look at myself in deeper more meaningful ways, i began to help others do the same. I am encouraged each day, every step we take, that the journey deeper into our selves continues to bring more awareness and joy within.
